In the latest academic rankings results published by Times Higher Education for 2020, Sharif University of Technology was ranked 501-600th in World University Ranking, 100th in Young University Ranking and 86th in Asian University Ranking categories. An improvement of 100 positions are observed in this year’s results.
The outstanding achievements of SUT in this year’s ranking results are:
- Ranked first in the country and 17th in the world for Industry Income
- Ranked first in the country for Research
- Ranked first in the country for International Outlook
- Ranked 3rd in the list of 40 Iranian Universities
Sharif University has shown an improvement in all the criteria taken into account for ranking universities. These criteria include: Teaching, Research, Citation, Industry Income and International Outlook.
