Leadership
SUT management is organized by the University Board of Trustees, the President of the University, the University Board of Directors, and the University Council. There are also Academic Councils of the faculties, institutes and departments in the University.
The President is the main executive person of the University. The President is responsible for the ongoing affairs of the University, including academic, research, academic, organizational and operational activities.

The management of certain activities of the University is carried out by the Vice-Presidents. These include the vice president for academic and graduate studies, the vice president for research and technology, the vice president for students affairs, the vice president for Cultural affairs, and the vice president for Human resources.
The Director of international affairs is responsible for management of international cooperation as well as the management of international students of the University.
