In the fifth event of Abouraihan Commemoration organized with the purpose of celebration of outstanding young researchers of Iran in basic sciences, selected by the Academy of Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Mehdi Kargarian, Assistant Professor at Sharif University of Technology will be honored for his outstanding research in Physics. The event is dedicated to recognize leading young researchers in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geology.
In the upcoming event, a lecture titled “The Theory of Gravitation; from Newton to Hawking” will be delivered by Dr. Nematollah Riazi and Dr. Hashim Rafieatabar’s new book “Computational Continuum Mechanics of Nanoscopic Structures” will be unveiled.
The ceremony is organized to be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019, in Academy of Sciences Complex.
