Abdolreza (Arash) Simchi, a faculty member of the Material Science and Engineering department at SUT, has been selected as a new member of The World Academy of Sciences in 2023. Dr. Simchi is a renowned specialist in the field of Nanomaterials, with numerous patents registered in this area. He has won several prestigious national scientific festivals in Iran, including the Khwarizmi International Awards in 2003 and the first scientist in Nanoscience in Iran in 2014. He also received the gold medal from EPMA in 2003 and a registered patent in the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in Germany in 2020.
