Sharif University of Technology, the Top Technical University of Iran as Stated by ISC University Ranking
According to ISC World University Ranking 2018, in which the performance of more than 1200 universities of the world are compared based on four broad areas of research, education, international activity, and innovation, Sharif University of Technology is indicated to be the number one technical university of the country. Amirkabir University of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology stand at the second and third place of the list, respectively.
In the list of comprehensive universities of the country, University of Tehran, Tarbiat Modares University, and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad are rankd first to third.
Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), as a citation system in the Muslim world, published Islamic World University Rankings in 2013. Building on the past experience, ISC’s Department of University Ranking has now published the new ISC World University Rankings 2018.
