Impact Ranking which was established by Times Higher Education in 2020, focuses on preserving the environment, resource management, clean energy, and so on. In 2022 Sharif University of Technology got 61.9 out of 100 and was ranked in 10 out of 17 categories, this is a steady progress compare to 2021 which the score was 51.4 out of 100 and it was ranked in 7 out of 17 categories. In one of the subcategories, namely “INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE”, SUT managed to rank 40 among 785 universities.
