According to the recent general report released by QS on June 10 2021, Sharif University of Technology has mightily stood in the first place of Iran and maintained its international position between 401-410.
Noteworthy is the fact that regarding citation per faculty, with 10 steps elevation, SUT stood at rank 28 globally. Moreover, with regard to employer’s reputation indicator, it ranked 354 internationally with 40 steps elevation. What is more, in most of other indicators, namely, the number of international students, and faculty student ratio, SUT has witnessed a considerable increase in level.
QS is the most reliable and highly referenced university ranking system at international level. It was launched in 2010 and since then it has been independently ranking world universities. The citation per faculty, academic reputation, national diversity of students, faculty student ratio, and reputation among employers are among the most important assesed indicators for this global university ranking.
